EACA Conference 2026 Vienna

Our annual conference is scheduled for 9th - 11th November 2026 in  Vienna, the capital city of Austria. Venue will be published on February 13th.

Pricing

A regular ticket costs 399 €, but we offer some discounts:

- 10 € Member discount (make sure you are logged in during registration!)

- 50 € for Single Early Birds until the end of July 2026 (extended to September 7th, 2026)

(There is an additional discount for EFI students. You will get further information from the EFI.)

Bring-a-Junior program.: If you bring a young professional from your department (!), their ticket will only be charged at 199 €!

- 30 € for Bring-a-Junior Early birds until the end of July 2026

Hotel

There are many hotels in walking distance. Special rates at the Roomz Vienna are sold out.
